    > only give positive answers
    ex. i want to be happy, i want to be healthier
  2. how will i know when i have that?
    > look for evidence criteria
    ex. i will be able to walk further without discomfort, i will feel a sense of calm and joy
  3. are my current behaviours taking me there?
    > if no, try something else
    > if yes, keep doing that!

those were the lessons today in my grief counseling group
it made me really think about the job i kind-of turned down because it was in mississauga
the job sounded perfect  - the woman was a graphic designer and owned a press, she was laid back and friendly
what holds me back then?
